The biggest maintenance concern is to not let this plant dry out! They are quick to wilt during drought periods and blooms last much longer when watered regularly. The most typical application for the Gerbera Daisy is to pot it and use it as temporary color in a space. A window box is a wonderful way to display a variety of color and draw the eye of everyone passing by your home. Mix and match colors and shapes together to create a collage of color you can enjoy! The daisy is perfect to use around a sun drenched patio as well to liven up the outdoor living space. Gerbera Daisies can be used within the planting beds as well.
