Eagleson Meadows 3rd Annual Garden Tour and Market

Garden Tour and Market event details

Mark your calendars for the annual Eagleson Meadows Garden Tour & Market! Third time is a charm, as they say, and we are excited to host you again. The date will be Saturday, June 7th, from 10:00-3:00. Most of our vendors are returning, and this year we have added a few new ones. Please enjoy reading and looking at the pictures of what they will be offering.

Eagleson Meadows will be selling a wide variety of Hostas, other perennials, and, if Mother Nature allows, some fresh cut flowers. We are also happy to have you tour our gardens, stop by the koi pond and visit the flower farm. We will be hosting this event rain or shine, as we have never known rain to keep gardeners away! We will, of course, adjust the time accordingly if there is severe weather. Bring a friend and enjoy a fun garden experience! “Facilities” will be available. We can’t wait to see you!!

Our address: 2195 W 211 Street, Sheridan, IN 46069

Covenant Hill Farm

Covenant Hill Farm was incorporated by the Patchner Family in 2020 as a social enterprise for a family member who has cognitive disabilities. They have fruit trees, wild berries, and a large vegetable garden. They also raise chickens. You can find their home-canned goods, including jams, jellies, pickles and salsa at small local farmers markets and our June 7th event!

Stone Petal Gardens

Kathleen Zien, owner of Stone Petal Gardens in Oxford, Ohio, will be offering her one-of-a-kind birdbaths for sale at our Market event. Each one is hand-cast from leaves with heavy veining to leave the impression in concrete.  Once the leaf is pulled off, the ‘mold’ is destroyed, so every bath is unique. After a season, they develop a beautiful aged “patina” that resembles the stone of an old castle. Sizes range from Hostas to Elephant Ear to Rhubarb and will be appreciated by gardeners, as well as birds and creatures. She will bring a limited number of baths, so shop early for the best selection.

Haledale honey

Haledale honey is produced by Beekeeper Peg Murphy right here in Carmel, IN., in her backyard. This golden nectar is always a nice gift to bring to someone, and we can attest to how delicious her honey is!

Tree Frog Nursery

John Chaplin, owner of Tree Frog Nursery in Danville, IN., will be offering some of his unique houseplants at our Market this year. Anyone who follows John knows he always has a wonderful variety of plants, with great quality and good prices.

Scorpion Forge Blacksmithing

Bill Barger Unique Conifers

Timothy Dines Bread

Judy DeGan

Although Judy took every art class she could as a youngster, college left no time for such pursuits. After being a medical technologist and a mother, she started taking ceramics classes at the Indianapolis Art Center. She retired early to pursue this newfound passion and now offers her beautiful pottery at art shows. We are lucky to have her at this year’s Market!
